For the Spring Semester, 2022, I took an Introduction to Color Photography class at West Valley Community College. These are the images submitted for the assignments in the class. The first project was called “Vibrant Color,” where we had to shoot a dozen photos of subjects with vibrant color and strong contrasts in color, then submit one photo for the instructor to grade. I photographed a hummingbird landing on the feeder.
Christmas tree lights and ornaments at our clubhouse. The mobile home association started decorating for Christmas at the clubhouse. I decided after the decorations, that it would be a fun time to try shooting my new Fuji XT-10 mirrorless camera with my Helios 58mm vintage lens. Got some lens flair.
I picked up a used Fuji X-T2 mirrorless camera to play with. This is a size comparison between the X-T2 and my Canon AE-1 Program film camera. The Fuji camera seems smaller than my first SLR camera.
